Why Not Blogger?

In an attempt to get back on the blogosphere, I’m trying out Blogger. It’s using the main Blogger engine, but will be hosted from my domain, elrubendelmar.org.

I chose them over Moveable Type and TypePad for two reasons: (1) ease of installation and (2) it’s free. It’s ironic that I’m joining a blog network that has seen some serious spamming issues recently, but I’m confident they can do the job better than me.

Gonna try it out though and keep an open mind. I liked the independence of WordPress, but independence is the last thing you need these days.
